all payment should be made through paypal. I will be using invoices for payment.

I reserve the right to cancel & refund a commission if I cannot complete it in a timely manner

there may be additional costs depending on the complexity of elements or design - these will be discussed prior to payment

there will be no refunds after a commission has been completed

the commissioner will receive the complete image in full size as a .png file

the commissioner may share their piece on their social media, providing proper credit.

the commissioner MAY NOT edit out my signature, or try to pass off my work as their own

I reserve right to share all completed pieces on my social media - if a commissioner would prefer to keep a piece private, please note this before hand and I will respect this.

before any work begins, I will send the commissioner an invoice via paypal

once the commissioner has paid it in part or in full, I will share the rough sketch - adjustments / changes may be made at this stage

after full payment is recieved I will begin lining the piece

when the lineart is done, I will once again share an update with the commissioner - adjustment / changes may be made at this stage

once the piece has been seen, I will begin the colouring progress - any adjustments made at this point or beyond will come with an additional charge

when the piece is finished, I will send the commissioner the final version

please allow 1-3 months time for a commission.
